1.2kg of dried meat cut into small cubes or strips. 1 medium onion finely chopped, 2 cloves of garlic crushed, 1kg of Jutica Filé ovinha flour, 3 tablespoons of Jutica cashew oil, 1 pinch of black pepper. Boil the dried meat in a pot with water for about 5 minutes. Rinse well and place in a pressure cooker with a little water, add the garlic and black pepper, let it boil for 15 minutes, if there is still water, drain it and add the oil and chopped onion until golden. Let it cool a bit and add the Jutica Filé OVINHA FLOUR to taste.
