The Nutrivita Annatto Seasoning (Colorau) is a spice widely used in Brazil, made from a mixture of annatto seeds with cassava flour, or cornmeal and vegetable oil, also known as colorau.
It can be used in the preparation of: rice, vegetables, chicken, fish, soups, broths, sauces, breads, and cakes.
