Chocottone is a traditional Italian Christmas cake. The dough is very moist and fresh, being prepared with chocolate instead of candied fruits as in the original version.

Bauducco's story begins in 1948 when Carlo Bauducco emigrates from Italy to Brazil and brings the original family recipe along with a precious piece of dough. Today, Bauducco is the world's largest producer of Panettone.
