Chocottone is a traditional Italian Christmas cake. The dough is very moist and fresh, made with chocolate instead of candied fruits as in the original version.
The story of Bauducco begins in 1948 when Carlo Bauducco emigrated from Italy to Brazil and brought the family's original recipe along with a precious piece of dough. Today, Bauducco is the world's largest producer of Panettone.
