Canjiquinha is a typical Brazilian delicacy from the state of Minas Gerais. The corn grains are broken but not so finely that they pass through a sieve. The grains are then cooked with pork (usually ribs) and homemade seasonings. Canjiquinha is traditionally served in a deep plate and accompanied by chopped sautéed kale and black pepper.
