To prepare, mix the RENATA Cake Mix with the margarine, eggs, and milk, then beat in a mixer for 4 minutes at high speed or by hand for 6 minutes, until you get a smooth and homogeneous batter. Pour the batter into the greased pan and place it in the preheated oven, baking at medium temperature (180°C) for the time indicated for each type of pan. Tip: do not open the oven before 25 minutes; to check if the cake is ready, insert a toothpick — if it comes out clean, it’s baked. After removing from the oven, let it cool for 15 minutes, unmold, and serve.
